Everyone is saying “don’t go for the apartment that is just out of your price range”
I won’t. I really won’t because I like spending money on groceries and wine and also the occasional trip so I won’t
but I realllllllllly want to. And it’s so hard when you see that for $100 more a month you could have a brand new kitchen! And it’s BIG! And a dishwasher! And laundry en suite!
If I FACTORED in the money I spend doing laundry each month (probably $25-$30) then I could justify paying more for laundry en suite. If I factor in how much happier I would be then I think that SOMEONE SHOULD JUST GIVE ME MONEY.
What if I got a roomate?
nope. I hate roommates. And all the good ones already have their own places.

(we’re not opposed to roommate situations, frankly. We like home to be quiet and we’re occasionally reclusive but I don’t think we have any overly weird habits or anything) (just sayin)
