I saw an apt this weekend that had A COLD STORAGE ROOM, central vac, 4 separate rooms of storage, and the most amazing apartment kitchen ever. 

Unfortunately, it was in a very dark basement and I am still just not sold on the idea of my landlords living above me.  

but the kitchen and the storage room spoiled me
